Terms and Conditions for eGift and physical gift cards

  1. eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase. 

  2. Bracu Restaurant Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be used in full.

  3. Bracu Restaurant Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  4. Bracu Restaurant Gift Cards expire 12 months after the date of issue.

  5. Bracu Restaurant Gift Cards may only be used for purchases at Bracu Restaurant and cannot be returned or exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  6. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.

  7. By using Bracu Gift Cards, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Terms and Conditions of Bracu Hospitality Bookings (Bracu Restaurant)

  1. Groups of 9 or more must choose one of the set menus or dining options available and provide credit card details to confirm a booking.

  2. Dietary requirements are to be advised in advance where possible.

  3. Please adhere to a minimum dress code of smart casual.

  4. For the convenience of other guests, we kindly ask that you are seated in the restaurant at the time you have booked.

  5. Right of admission reserved.

  6. One bill per table applies.

  7. Full and final settlement of your account is required on departure.

  8. We reserve the right to withhold your deposit or charge your credit card for bookings cancelled or no-shows for groups or individuals. No fees will be deducted from your credit card when making the initial booking. 

  9. Bracu has a strict cancellation policy on all Bracu Restaurant bookings.
    A minimum 72-hour cancellation policy applies on all bookings.
    - If a booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours or less notice, a 30% charge will be incurred, per person. This fee will be deducted from the credit card stored on file at the end of the booked dining session by Bracu Restaurant.

    - If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice a 50% charge will be incurred, per person. This fee will be deducted from the credit card stored on file. This fee will be deducted from the credit card stored on file at the end of the booked dining session by Bracu Restaurant.

Terms and Conditions of Bracu Hospitality Bookings (Beretta Activities)

  1. Our Estate and Beretta activities happen rain, hail, or shine, and/or at the discretion of Bracu Estate staff.

  2. All groups are required to have an accompaniment of food before, during or after their activities booking from Bracu Estate.

  3. Groups of 9 or more must choose one of the set menus or dining options available and provide credit card details to confirm a booking.

  4. Dietary requirements are to be advised in advance where possible.

  5. Please adhere to a minimum dress code of smart casual

  10. Please note all guests at Beretta Activities will be asked to read and sign our Participation Waiver. Unless the Participation Waiver is completed and signed, participants will not be permitted to take part in the activities.

Terms and Conditions of Bracu Hospitality Events

  • All refund requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the ticketed event, unless stipulated in the below specific event terms and conditions.

  • Any refund requests submitted after this time will not be considered.

  • When booking via ResDiary (this includes direct phone bookings and in-person bookings through Bracu Restaurant or staff) a booking fee will be included in your ticket(s) price. If you decide to cancel your ticket(s) a ResDiary fee of up to 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Approved refunds will be issued in full minus booking fees when purchased through a third party, such as Eventfinda, Eventbrite, TicketFairy etc. Refunded payments will come directly from the ticketing platform.

    Picnic Day Out Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Below are the details of our cancellation policy for the 'Picnic Day Out' event:

    Full Refund: Cancellations made by Friday, March 8th, before 5:00 PM will be fully refunded.

    Credit Note: Cancellations occurring after 5:01 PM on Friday, March 8th, and until Thursday, March 21st, by 5:00 PM, will be compensated with a credit note equivalent to the invoiced amount. This credit can be used for future bookings across Bracu Estate.

    Deadline for Cancellations: Please note that the final deadline to submit a cancellation request is by 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 21st. Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for refunds or credit.

Terms and Conditions of Bracu Hospitality Promotions

GENERAL RULES 

1. The Specific Rules for a Promotion, along with these General Rules, form the terms and conditions for the Promotion (the Rules). 

2. Promotions are open to New Zealand residents only. In addition to any restrictions noted in the Specific Rules, the following individuals may not enter Promotions:

a.) Employees of Bracu Hospitality, Bracu Hospitality, participating sponsors, promoters and/or associated advertising agencies (and their family members);

b. Anyone who has won a prize from the company running this Promotion either in the 14 days prior to the Promotion start date or (where the prize was valued at over $1000) during the period 90 days prior to the Promotion start date;

c.) anyone under 18 years old, unless otherwise stated in the Specific Rules.
 

3. Unless otherwise specified in the specific rules, entrants must complete all stages of entry themselves. Entries cannot be sent in through agents or third parties on another person’s behalf, and websites or multiple accounts will be disqualified. 

4. Bracu Hospitality's decision is final. In relation to the selection of prize winner(s), any dispute regarding the Rules, and/or the conduct or the results of a Promotion. 

5. Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or Prize and/or vary the Rules at any time without prior notice. 

6. Bracu Hospitality may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if Bracu  Hospitality decides in its sole discretion that the entrant has not complied with these Rules, or if he or she has acted in a way which Bracu Hospitality reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the Promotion. If the winning entry is disqualified, Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant without notice to the disqualified entrant(s). 

7. Where a winner is selected by a voting mechanism: Bracu Hospitality's decision on voting arrangements and validity of votes will be final. Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to discount votes if Bracu Hospitality suspects bulk voting is taking, or has taken place, to inappropriately influence or manipulate the voting procedures. Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of engaging in, or benefitting from, irregular or fraudulent voting. 

8. The Promotion is governed by New Zealand law.

Prizes

  1. Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value. 

  2. If the winner(s) can’t be contacted within a reasonable period or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason that is beyond Bracu Hospitality's reasonable control, then Bracu Hospitality reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

  3. Prizes are personal to the winners and can’t be transferred to someone else. If the winner can’t accept the prize for any reason (e.g. the winner can’t travel on the required dates), Bracu Hospitality can award the prize to another winner. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or another item. 

  4. Where the prize includes accommodation, the winner (and any travel companion) are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) transport to and from the respective venue, and all other incidentals.  

  5. Bracu Hospitality will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond Bracu Hospitality's reasonable control. Where a prize is being supplied by a third party, Bracu Hospitality accepts no responsibility in connection with the provision of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of, or use of, the prize or any performance issues associated with the prize. 

  6. Bracu Hospitality will not be liable for failure to provide (or delay in providing) the Prize resulting from any events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god (natural disasters), acts of war or terrorism, national emergencies, issues of public health and safety, mechanical breakdown, industry disputes, riots or failure of communication or power supply or voluntary or involuntary compliance with any regulation, law or order of any government.
     

  7. COVID-19 - While under the current government guidelines it is currently possible to dine and travel domestically, this could change at any time. This could mean your prize is delayed in exceptional circumstances.

  8. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by a third party (for example, vouchers may have additional terms and conditions and/or an expiry date or in the case of travel, additional terms and conditions may be imposed by airlines, service providers and venues). 

  9. Bracu Hospitality will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or anyone else as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Promotion or its prizes. 

  10. Where the Promotion is conducted across social media:
    a.) Entrants’ conduct must comply with the rules of that social media platform.

    b.) The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. These social media platforms are not responsible for any aspect of the Promotion.

Personal Information

By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. Any copyright associated with an entry will be owned by Bracu Hospitality. 

Bracu Hospitality collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for future Bracu Hospitality promotional purposes. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by Bracu Hospitality and will not be provided to third parties unless otherwise specifically set out. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information.
