By visiting Bracu Estate or making a booking, you agree to the following terms.

Overview

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Pricing is in NZD and includes GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Menus, packages, and promotions may change seasonally.

Bookings & Payments

  • Deposits may be required to secure your booking. Full payment terms will be provided at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on your booking type. Please refer to your confirmation or view the relevant policy below.

Guest Conduct

  • We ask all guests to respect our team, other guests, and the estate. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Alcohol Service

  • We operate under New Zealand liquor licensing laws. Intoxicated or underage guests will not be served.

Liability

  • Guests enter Bracu Estate at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our control (including weather).

Estate Access

  • Bracu Estate is a working property. Some areas may be restricted — please follow all signage and staff direction.

Photography

  • Photography and video may be captured on site for personal use. Any commercial photography, filming, or content intended for marketing purposes must be approved in advance. Please direct all enquiries to hello@bracu.co.nz. Bracu Estate may also capture photography and video for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please advise us in writing prior to your visit.

Health & Safety

  • All guests must comply with health and safety requirements. Please notify staff of any hazards or incidents.
