The degustation experience

A seasonal journey featuring cured kingfish, white asparagus, market fish, lamb, yoghurt sorbet and an olive oil semifreddo, with housemade sourdough to begin.

Enjoy our current degustation menu in the relaxed elegance of Bracu Restaurant. For Christmas Eve lunch, this will be our only adult menu.

Little guests are welcome, with our regular children’s menu also available.
