Once your wedding is confirmed, your event is officially passed on to our Events Team — and the planning journey truly begins.
From here, Brittany and Holly will be managing your wedding. We will be your dedicated points of contact moving forward, ensuring everything is seamless, clear and beautifully organised. You’ll receive an introductory phone call from us, followed by a detailed email to get the ball rolling and ease you into planning mode. Every couple’s timeline looks a little different — some book one month out, others six months, and some two years in advance. No matter where you sit, we’ll guide you step-by-step.
Meet Your Wedding Team
Brittany – Your Planning Lead
Think of Brittany as your prepper, helper and organiser.
Brittany will be your main point of contact for the majority of your wedding journey — answering questions, guiding decisions, providing recommendations and ensuring all details are captured.
Brittany works closely with Holly behind the scenes so that nothing is missed and everything is clearly communicated. Our priority is that you feel heard, supported and confident throughout the process.

Holly – Your On-The-Day Coordinator
At approximately four months prior to your wedding, our team formally transitions your event into its final planning phase with Holly.
Holly is our on-the-ground superstar — your Wedding Coordinator who will guide you throughout the day itself.
Around the four-month mark, Holly will be in touch to finalise your decisions, run through timelines and finer details, and guide you through the final steps leading up to your wedding day. From this point forward, Holly will lead the final planning stage and execution — ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy your celebration.
