Christmas 2026 booking terms & conditions
Booking & payment
Full payment is required to confirm your Christmas Day booking. Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Cancellation
Cancellations received on or before 4 December 2026 may be refunded, less any non-refundable booking or payment processing fees. Cancellations received after 4 December 2026 are non-refundable.
Final confirmation
Final guest numbers and all dietary requirements must be confirmed by 4 December 2026. After this date, bookings are final, and guest numbers cannot be reduced or refunded.
Seating & group bookings
Seating will be allocated according to booking size and the final event layout. Specific tables or locations cannot be guaranteed.
Guests wishing to be seated together should book under the same booking name or advise our team at the time of booking. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate seating requests, subject to the final event layout and table configuration.
Dietary requirements
Dietary requirements must be advised no later than 4 December 2026. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary requirements; however, requests received after this date may not be able to be accommodated.
Children — pricing to be confirmed
Children under 5: complimentary if no meal is required. If the Children’s Menu is required, the $79 children’s price applies.
Children aged 5–12: $79 per child, including the Children’s Menu and a non-alcoholic welcome drink. Guests aged 13 and over are charged at the standard adult rate.
Menu
The advertised menu is subject to seasonal availability. The Chef reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or adjustments where required while maintaining the overall style and standard of the Christmas menu.
Beverages
A welcome Prosecco is included on arrival. All additional beverages are charged separately.
Christmas Eve
Guest arrival from 5:15pm, with dinner commencing at 6:00pm. Entertainment is included as part of the Christmas Eve experience. The event is expected to conclude at approximately 10:30pm.
Christmas Day
Guest arrival from 11:15am, with Christmas lunch commencing at 12:00pm. The event is expected to conclude at approximately 3:30pm.
Late arrival
Please arrive in time for the scheduled commencement of the event. Guests arriving late will join the dining experience in progress, and service timing may be adjusted accordingly.
